Doesn’t Work!!!

Why is it so hard to get your Blackberry data into Mac?!

This App came recommended as one that would read the .bbb file format created by Blackberry Desktop Software back up function.

$9.00 for something that goes through all the motions but the files ARE BLANK when I try to open them.
I tried both HTML and XML formats = NOTHING. BLANK PAGES.
Either get it to work or give me my money back.
